As Managing Director at Choose Leisure, Dave's wealth of experience in the industry is helping him continue the growth and maintain the 'family feel' ethos and spirit of Choose Leisure, alongside Lisa, Finance Director, Charlie, Service Director and the rest of the management team.
Mark makes sure every step of the sales process for each customer is enjoyable by having eyes on everything sales - from the pitch to the people, he's in close contact with the sales and support teams to keep things running smoothly.

When customers collect their motorhome, they are given a thorough handover so they understand how everything works before driving away. Whether you are new to the motorhome world or are a motorhoming pro, Mark and Dawn make sure that your dedicated handover time is educational and, as customers often report, a good laugh!
Having been here for nearly 15 years, Steve's one of the original crew. Having done handovers for many years, he now looks after the motorhomes just before handover. For example, Steve is the one who makes number plates and puts fuel in the tank. You may also still see him do the odd handover from time to time.
The first point of contact might be reception but anyone can, and will, answer the phone or greet you here.
We don't believe in a 'back-office' mentality, so the sales support staff, Clare and Pam, work in an open plan part of the showroom where they can be part of the action.
It's up to the service team to liaise with the workshop and order parts to ensure everything gets prepped properly and on-time, whether it's sold vans, warranty or retail work.
Headed up by Charlie, they also man our accessories shop.
Dave, our Workshop Manager, heads up the PDI Team. Once a motorhome has been sold, our PDI Technicians carry out a full pre-delivery inspection to get it ready for its new owner. This can include anything from a gas check or basic service to fitting a state-of-the-art satellite system. This team operates from our new workshops across the road from our main premises.
James heads up the Retail & Warranty Team. These guys are manufacturer-trained technicians who carry out annual habitation services, install accessories and carry out repairs.
Motorhomes are multifaceted so there are lots of different things happening in our workshops at once. Dave and Chris can be found in the mechanical workshop across the road looking after everything related to the engines and chassis. Our workshop is well-equipped and has ramps to cope with all sizes of motorhomes.
Every motorhome is cleaned before going on sale, then again every week whilst on the pitch to keep them fresh. A thorough valet is the final process before the customer takes delivery of their 'van.
Mahendra leads the 'Clean Team' which makes this happen come rain or shine.
Molly (Marketing Manager) has been at Choose Leisure for over a decade, making sure we're always flying our flag so customers can find us. She was joined by Donna (Marketing Assistant) after Donna's creative flair elsewhere in the company was proving difficult to ignore! From event planning, to managing the website and designing adverts, the Marketing team are always thinking outside the box.
In our bright upstairs offices, Sharon (Senior Finance Assistant), Lauri (Financial accountant) and Jill (Vehicle Admin), deal with all the day-to-day Accounts and booking in of vehicles.
Sue supports the Directors on a day-to-day basis ensuring the smooth running of all operational elements of the business.
Bob and Andrew support the mechanics, technicians and service team in making sure that the right parts are always on hand.
Lee looks after the pitch doing everything from handiwork to maintaining the grounds. He works incredibly hard to keep everything looking welcoming and fresh for when you arrive.
