"We purchased our Motorhome last month and Paul Jennings was very helpful and informative throughout the process. We didn’t feel pressurised, our questions were answered and after the test drive he allowed us time in the van to deliberate. He explained all the documentation, payment requirements and hand over details clearly. On collection day, we were greeted by Mark who gave us a detailed tour of all the features of the Motorhome and how to operate them. "We turned up at Choose Leisure, simply wanting to confirm the Auto Sleeper Kingham met our requirements. Elliot explained all we needed to know, in a knowledgeable way and left us to it - no pressure or hard sell. Within an hour or two our Tracker FB was sold and we'd bought the Kingham. I cannot fault the professionalism of the team, Elliot who made the whole thing possible, the finance team checking funds in and especially Dawn who spent a long time expertly showing and demonstrating the features of the Kingham in the hand-over. Although we have bought and sold caravans and motorhomes in the past we've never experienced such a easy and pleasant purchase nor experienced such a useful and comprehensive hand-over. From the day I turned up all scruffy by my standards until the day I drove out in my 2019 Swift Escape motor home I really honestly can’t believe the highest, honest since level of service I received for everyone at Choose Leisure. On that day Paul greeted me. I was not intending to buy another motor home. But the stars must have been aligned that day. I said to him I would like to part exchange my mh for for a newer model He said, take a look around at my own leisure. So that’s, what did.. After, seeing 10-15 second hand but beautiful presented m homes. I saw exactly what I was looking for. Cut a long story short.. I paid deposit. Paid the balance. Dawn, I guess the expert in anything you need to know about the m home your purchasing excellent “ concierge” showed me everything in detail. Nothing was to much trouble for her".
"MOT & intermediate service day at Choose Leisure. Recent back injury threatened to scupper the day, but late physio session evening before made it doable although uncomfortable. Big thank you to Choose Leisure Chauffeur Mark, for finding suitable vehicle I could get into for taking us into Canterbury for the day and going out of his way to ensure vehicle interior was as toasty as a slice of granary under the grill, and passenger seat equally heated and warming before departure. Not to mention offering to come out to us again in town, with my glasses case that had quietly disembarked jacket pocket. Not to be outshone, big thank you to Service Alex for investigating and sorting some very last minute sundries in addition to said MOT and service. Top blokes. Top Team. Top that! ".

"Having purchased our 6th motorhome from Choose Leisure, we feel able to give an honest and comparable review of the experience and process. Without any doubt this was the most pleasant and professional experience we have received from any of the other five dealerships (and a couple of those were good). The care and attention to our needs and requirements was first class. The part exchange deal was fair and with no quibbles. The preparation for handover, including swapping the gas flow and taking photos of the chassis for later tow-bar and self levelling fitting was excellent. "What a great experience from start to finish! We arrived to have look what was on offer as we were thinking of upgrading our motorhome to a Carthago which we had always admired, no pressure as we looked at a selection of vans, the salesman introduced himself Elliot and asked us if we needed any information or help just ask and left us to view which I liked no pressure. Elliot kindly gave us a valuation on our van which we were happy with. A week later we returned and saw James as Elliot had that day off. After another look around the Carthago we liked we made the deal! Collected our dream 9 days later and what a superb handover by Dawn who certainly knows her stuff. "Amazing service from Choose Leisure.
We were made to feel welcome straight away with a wide selection of vans in our price range. We were left to have a wonder without being pressurised which we really appreciated as we had a few things we needed to discuss in private.
Elliot, was very knowledgeable and very welcoming, his knowledge assisted us in making our minds up. He made the process in buying our first motorhome a pleasure. The service Choose Leisure offered was excellent and any snags in the van were all sorted before they would let us take delivery.
The handover with Dawn, was absolutely excellent and she answered all of our questions with a smile, even though she had probably heard them a million times before. We really appreciated the time she spent showing us how everything worked.

We chose the kemerton xl for the style and layout. Elliot was there to help with our part exchange and made it all very easy.
