Many customers tell us that their 'handover day' comes with a mixture of excitement and nerves. Excited as the big day has finally arrived and they can start their new adventure and nervous of what they need to learn and how hard it may be to remember everything.

There is no need to worry, though. You'll have a timeslot of up to two hours to complete your handover, during which you can ask as many questions as you need or even film it if you want to remember something you may forget later.

You will find Mark and Dawn, our dedicated handover technicians, put you at ease straight away and are easy to talk to. Rest reassured that there’s no question out of bounds or that they probably haven’t heard already before!

From the drain-down procedure to the battery location, we’ll show you every aspect of your new vehicle (and yes that includes emptying the toilet cassette or the ‘cassette of joy’ as Mark and Dawn like to refer to it as!).

Our aim is that when you leave us after your handover you feel confident and armed with all the information to begin your road to freedom.

The help doesn’t stop here though… We have a dedicated YouTube Channel where Dawn and Mark regularly post useful videos on how to use control panels, heating systems, and things we’re often asked about. You can even request a video tutorial on something you’d like to know more about and we’ll do our best to get this uploaded to the channel.

You can also call us and someone will be on hand to give further advice when needed.

If you are collecting from us from further afield, we recommend that you consider camping nearby at one of the local sites so you can test out your vehicle the first night and if any questions arise on your first night, you can always call us or pop back in.
